Entry Guidelines
Each entry must be represented in its original form and must have been produced or implemented or run during the calendar year by a firm or individual located in Texas. If the entry was directed by a company or a branch office of a company and produced by another entity (agency, production firm, etc.), at least one of those must be located in Texas. The firm or individual submitting the entry must have been involved in the direction, development, production and/or implementation of the submitted entry. It is acceptable for the work to have been for another geographic market as long as there was a Texas location involved in its direction or production. Each entry must be prepared according to these guidelines and the checklist below. An entry that fails to follow these guidelines is subject to disqualification. The judging committee may move an entry to a different category and/or divide or merge categories as it deems appropriate. The decisions of the judging committee and the judges are final. No entry fee will be refunded due to an entry's disqualification or after the entries are judged.

How-to-Enter Checklist:

Each entry must be mounted on a SINGLE 24" x 18" black mounting board, no larger and no smaller, with the category number and name and entry title affixed to the front of the board. For oversized two- or three-dimensional items, submit photograph(s), illustration(s) and/or graphical representation(s) of the entry mounted on the black board. Entries may include samples, application examples, photos, illustrations, press clippings, media clips, reports, tables, charts, testimonials and other documented evidence.

Or you may provide a link to the video on YouTube. If you save your file on a password protected YouTube page, please provide the necessary information. For Web sites, produce hard copy printouts or graphics of the home page and at least two other pages that best represent the Web site and mount them on a 24" x 18" black board. • For Marketeting Campaign categories, mount the best representations or evidence of the campaign on one 24" x 18" black board (one board only). Do not submit multiple boards (multiple boards tend to get separated). You may include links to videos on YouTube or to websites that represent examples of the campaign.
